Tenant Representation - Garrett & Associates has assisted our clients that are interested in leasing (tenants or landlords) commercial real estate in locating the best property or tenant, negotiating the most favorable lease terms and finalizing the terms of the lease. We have helped clients negotiate leases ranging from a few hundred square feet to greater than 40,000 square foot of class A office space.

Property Management - Garrett & Associates has been managing commercial real estate for greater than 30 years. Our services include assisting clients in charging market rents, collecting those rents, paying operating expenses and maintaining their properties. Our clients are provided with regular accounts of their property and ad-hoc reports are immediately available upon request.

Consulting - Garrett & Associates has been advising our clients in a variety of different of capacities for greater than 30 years. Commercial real estate consultation is never routine, but an example of the types of consulting engagements include: feasibility studies, market and rent analysis and demand for proposed developments.

Appraisal - Garrett & Associates has a combined experience of greater than 80 years in valuing commercial real estate throughout North Alabama. The team consists of two MAI's, and three commercial real estate Appraisers. The variety of commercial real estate we value ranges from vacant land to multi story class A office space.
